TURN AROUND TIMES

Please allow approximately 1 day for production we hand make each tumbler so will need some time to complete the full process. Please note that not every tumbler will be exactly the same nor 100% perfect. 

SHIPPING TIMES

Please allow 1-3 days after the production stage is complete for shipping. We generally ship with NZPOST extra time is needed if your address is rural also extra charges will apply for rural customers. 

LOCAL DELIVERY 

We offer free delivery for our Rotorua customers only. All local delivery orders will be delivered same day or next following working day after your order is confirmed as finished.
